Biofilms III : International Biofilm Conference

Dear biofilm researcher,

why another conference on biofilms?  Biofilms III is the follow up of Biofilms I (2004 in Osnabrück) and Biofilms II (2006 in Leipzig).  Both conferences provided an excellent and stimulating environment for discussions across disciplines e.g. between biologists and engineers.  This time we would like to add medical biofilm research and share methods, approaches and results which have been developed within the last two years.

Munich 2008 represents a perfect location for the conference.  In Munich there are many places of interests, a lot of entertainment and culture, the Octoberfest and seasonal events.  In addition the Alps are within one hour reach.
